Tracy Toth-Smith, owner of Ttothconsulting, is an early childhood expert with over 20 years of early childhood experience,10 years of business experience and a Bachelors in Psychology. With both business and early childhood background, Tracy brings a balanced approach to supporting both the educational and business aspects of early childhood programs. 

Tracy has worked with non-profit organizations, for-profit companies, Head Start/Early Head Start, school systems and local organizations. Past key roles that have influenced her approach include Teacher, Sales and Banking Manager, Director of Education, and Vice President of Operations.
